After placing your order, simply send us your images and we’ll professionally print them onto premium edible icing. Whether you’re creating fun birthday cookies, branded business cupcakes or elegant wedding favours, these edible images offer a simple way to make your bakes completely unique. 

We will soon be adding an automatic image upload feature directly on the website. For now, once your order is placed, please send your image to our email inbox. (Please include your order number and name as reference)

Water, glycerine, ethanol, colourings (E102, E110, E122, E133, E151).

Colour & Print Quality

Please note that colours may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the final edible print. Screens such as phones, tablets, and monitors display colours differently, and edible printing inks can also appear slightly softer when printed onto edible materials.

Rest assured that all images are printed using high-quality edible inks and professional printing equipment to achieve the best possible colour clarity and resolution on edible media.

Image Quality & File Requirements

For the best results, please ensure the image you provide is clear and high resolution. Images that are blurry, pixelated, or very small may not print clearly when resized for edible printing. We recommend supplying your image in one of the following formats:

• JPEG / JPG (preferred)

• PNG

• High-resolution photo files

For optimal print quality, images should ideally be high resolution (300 DPI or larger) and well lit, with the main subject clearly visible. Please note that we will print the image exactly as it is provided, so we recommend checking that your image is clear and cropped as you would like it before sending it to us.

Cutting Your Edible Images

If you have chosen the un-cut sheets, we highly recommend using a clean, sharp cutter/scissors.  Your edible prints will be supplied as one full sheet and are not pre-cut. This allows you to cut the images as neatly and accurately as possible using scissors, a craft knife, or cookie cutter.  If you’re unsure whether your photo is suitable, feel free to send it over and we’ll be happy to take a quick look before printing.

How to Apply Edible Images

Edible icing sheets are designed to sit neatly on fondant, sugarpaste, royal icing, buttercream, or ganache. For best results:

• Apply the image onto smooth, slightly tacky fondant or icing

• If needed, lightly brush the surface with a small amount of water or edible glue

• Gently press the image into place and smooth from the centre outward

Once applied, the edible print will naturally blend into the surface and create a clean, professional finish.

Storage Instructions

When stored correctly, edible prints typically remain usable for several months. To maintain the quality of your edible prints:

• Store sheets flat in their sealed packaging

• Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

• Do not refrigerate or freeze edible prints

• Avoid exposure to humidity or moisture
