Processing Time

We print our cookie cutters to order, which means each item is carefully made just for you. Our typical processing time is 2-5 business days. This is the time it takes to print, package, and prepare your order for dispatch. Please note that this does not include shipping time, so once your order is processed, it will be on its way to you quickly!

Shipping

Currently, we offer UK-only shipping via Next-day courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, it will typically arrive within 1 day. We always aim to ship your order promptly and efficiently, but please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as courier delays or busy periods.

Urgent Orders

If your order is urgent or required by a specific date, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We are happy to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. Just send us a message with your request, and we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you on time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey. We use Evri for delivery, and their tracking system will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery location. We aim to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible while ensuring your items are safely delivered.

Packaging

All our items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use sturdy boxes or and protective bubble wrap to ensure your cookie cutters arrive in perfect condition.
